“I began working with Lori at the beginning of a very formative time in my life. I could not have navigated my life and career transitions with as much ease and grace without Lori, and I see how finding new ways of ease is also what helps me challenge myself sustainably in turn! She is attentive, patient, and I am so thankful for how she has guided me with equal parts rigor and gentleness that affirm how I think and move through the world, while also encouraging me to reach toward the unfamiliar.” ~ JZ, Writer

FAQs

  • ADHD coaching is life coaching through an ADHD lens. As a certified ADHD and Life Coach, I am trained in the unique wiring of the ADHD brain. Through our partnership we’ll delve into how ADHD may be impacting your life and work on strategies to help improve the challenges while bringing your strengths, talents, and skills to the forefront.

  • Of course! I’m also a certified life coach which means I can work with anyone who might have a gap in where they are and where they want to be. We can work on your short- and long-term goals, clarify any obstacles and come up with plans and strategies to achieve the life you want to be living.

  • This will depend upon your unique situation. I usually recommend at least six month for major life changes. But smaller goals may be able to be achieved in shorter periods. I have ongoing, long-term clients. Past clients are always welcome to book “tune-up” calls or a few sessions to work on a specific problem. There is no financial obligation and any sessions paid for and not used can be refunded. But in general, plan on a minimum of 3 months weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not yet cover coaching, though this may change soon as the benefits of ADHD coaching are becoming more widely recognized in the medical community.

Check with your employer to see if they have a program to cover coaching. I do have several clients who do pay from their HSA.
